Tonight I had a sudden inspiration while cooking pot stickers, and managed to cook them without any tears or holes.

\nPreviously, I had tried to keep them from sticking to the wok by moving them around while they were cooking. Tonight, I decided to try leaving them alone. It turns out that they release from the pan when they brown! Perfect stickers!<\/p>\n
